Britax -Roundabout,Marathon,Decathlon Boulevard and Diplomat Replacement Car Seat Instructions Carseat Cover Replacement 1. Remove original Britax cover from carseat. Instructions on how to do this can be found in your Britax handbook. If you do not have your Britax handbook then please follow these directions: In the back of the carseat, unlatch the seatbelts from the metal bracket Pull the loose seatbelts from the front, and they should slip right out of the seat Once the seatbelts are out of the original Britax cover, remove the buckle located in the lower portion of your seat. Buckle Removal Fully recline the child restraint. Locate the metal buckle strap retainer on bottom of the restraint. Pull retainer away from child restraint to loosen. Turn the retainer so that the short side will go through the slot in the restraint shell (Fig. A). Push the retainer through slots in the shell and cover, to the front of the restraint. Rethreading the Buckle Locate the necessary buckle slot. Turn the buckle retainer so that the short side will go through the slot in the cover and restraint shell (Fig. A). Pull buckle away from restraint until tight, then verify that the strap is not twisted and the release button is facing out. Verify that the buckle retainer lies flat against the restraint shell. Then remove your old Britax cover. 2. Once you have removed the old Britax cover, slip your Nollie Cover on the carseat frame and repeat the process in reverse, making sure all seatbelts are placed in the correct places and secured in the back with the metal bracket. For Britax Boulevard and Diplomat with attached headrest. Do not remove the original headrest cover or padding, just slip the NollieCovers headrest slipcover over all the original headrest this assures safety.
